Pricing & Payment Options

We offer three payment options to ensure that you receive the care you need in your home. You can choose from the following:

1. Cash Pay

​Cash pay offers a simple and flexible option for individuals who prefer to pay directly for services without going through insurance. This option is especially helpful if you need a service that insurance does not cover, or if your insurance has placed limits on the number of therapy visits allowed. Paying privately allows you to continue receiving the care you need without interruptions or limitations. ​

2. Medicare Part B
As a mobile outpatient service, we bill Medicare through Part B. This option allows us to offer quality occupational therapy services. Our team will help you navigate the billing process to ensure you receive the maximum benefits available under Medicare Part B.

3. Medicare Advantage/Other Commercial Insurances

While we are out of network with all insurances aside from Medicare, we are happy to provide you with necessary documentation so that you can submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. For this to happen, you will pay us our cash rate and get reimbursed through your insurance company if you choose to submit the claim.
